TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering a commission, you're stating that you have read and agreed to these terms below.

1. GENERAL

a. I hold the right to decline any commission request without giving reasons.
b. My prices are negotiable, but the quality of the commissioned work will be directly affected by this.
c. Prices are subject to change due to varying reasons.
(If we have already discussed the details, rest assured that I won’t be charging you any more than what we have already agreed upon).
d. All commissioned artworks will contain my signature/watermark by default.
e. I stream and record my art process occasionally, so let me know if you prefer to keep it private.
f. Kindly send proof that you are of legal age before inquiring about my NSFW artworks.

2. COMMISSION INFORMATION

b. For best results, kindly write clear, sufficient, and specific details of your request to avoid any confusion.
c. Kindly provide at least one visual reference of your character. The more references though, the better so I can draw all the details correctly.
d. If you prefer to keep your commission private, kindly let me know as soon as you order.

3. PAYMENTS

3.1. Currency
a. I accept payments in USD & PHP, however, if you have a different currency, Paypal will convert it automatically for you as you pay.3.2. Payment Methods
a. All transactions will be paid only via Paypal through an invoice.
b. If your commission is less than or equal to $80, you must pay for it in full as soon as I accept your commission.
c. If your commission exceeds $80, you will be paying 50% upfront and 50% after you approve my final sketch.3.3. Refunds & Cancellations
a. I have the right to cancel your commission and return your money at my own discretion.
b. You will receive a full refund if you or I cancel the commission before any work begins.
c. If you pay in full then cancel a commission after the sketch starts, you will receive a 50% refund.
d. There will be no refunds for a nearly completed commission.
e. If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

4. WORKFLOW PROCESS

4.1. Process
a. Normally, completion can be done in about 3 days to one month, depending on the complexity of your request and the number of people in the queue.
b. You will be notified once your commission starts.
c. Works in progress will only be given if you request for it, or if I have a question about your commission (details, poses, colors, etc.)
d. All commissions are required to have your final approval of my sketch to proceed.4.2. Revisions
a. You are entitled to the following during my initial sketch phase:
2 major revisions:
Immense change in appearance, pose, attire, and background.3 minor revisions:
A slight change in the facial expression, limbs, and colorb. After you approve my final sketch, you may only ask for minor revisions.
c. If you exceed in the number of revisions provided and ask for more changes once you have approved of my final sketch, you will be charged a fee.
d. If the completed artwork is delivered, you cannot ask for more revisions.4.3. Delivery
a. The completed artwork will be delivered through your email or other similar services.

5. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

5.1. I, the artist, hold every right to the created artwork, not the commissioner.
Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
a. promote me in any place or site.
b. publish books.
c. post it whenever and wherever I want.
5.2. The commissioner is allowed to:
a. print the artwork for personal use only. I have a separate pricing for commercial artworks.
b. claim the character(s), not the artwork itself.
c. promote themselves.
5.3. The following is considered Copyright infringement:
a. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
b. Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
c. Altering the artwork.
d. Removing any signatures or watermarks.
5.4. Commercial Rights
a. Purchasing commercial rights to the artwork will always be +200% of the original price.
b. With commercial rights, you can use the artwork to make any merchandise. You have my permission to change the artwork to your liking.
